League of Veterans LLC ("League of Veterans," "we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes the Rotten Laboratory mobile game. This Privacy Policy applies only to Rotten Laboratory on iOS and Android.

Information the game collects

Rotten Laboratory does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal information or other user data to League of Veterans. The game does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, audio, advertising data, diagnostics, gameplay activity, purchase history, or user content.

The game contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs and does not track users across apps or websites.

Information stored on your device

Rotten Laboratory stores only your high score and sound preference locally on your device. This information is used to remember your progress and settings. It is not sent to League of Veterans, shared with third parties, or retained on our servers.

You can delete this local information by clearing the app's data where supported or by deleting the app.

Sharing and external links

Sharing the game or a score is optional and begins only after you tap a share button. Your device's operating-system share sheet sends the content only to the service and recipients you choose. Rotten Laboratory does not access your contacts, social accounts, or the contents of your share activity.

The game includes optional links to this policy, game support, and an external website where physical products may be purchased. Those pages open outside the game and are governed by the privacy practices posted on the destination website. Website purchases are separate from the game. Rotten Laboratory does not contain in-app purchases or sell digital content.

Children's privacy

Rotten Laboratory does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other players. Because the game does not collect personal information, League of Veterans does not maintain player information on its servers.

Security, retention, and deletion

The game does not transmit or retain player data on League of Veterans servers. High score and sound preference data remain in the app's local storage until you change them, clear the app's data where supported, or delete the app. Because we do not possess that local data, we cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.

This policy website

The static website that displays this policy does not use advertising, analytics, or cookies set by League of Veterans. Its hosting provider, Vercel, may process basic technical request information, such as an IP address and user agent, to deliver and secure the page under Vercel's own privacy notice. League of Veterans does not use this policy website to profile or track visitors.

Changes to this policy

If Rotten Laboratory later adds analytics, advertising, accounts, cloud saves, online features, or another form of data collection, we will update this policy and the applicable app-store disclosures before those practices begin. We may otherwise update this policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
